At TASTE, we believe in preparing delicious, soul-satisfying food for our community of guests. We have worked hard to create a welcoming and modern urban gathering space for those seeking respite from the bustle of downtown or from a day exploring the local art scene. We have committed ourselves to minimizing our carbon footprint through purchasing local, seasonal, organic and wild ingredients. Enjoy an array of small and large plates from our sustainable-focused menu, created by executive chef Craig Hetherington and award winning artistic desserts by pastry chef Lucy Damkoehler, and a list of excellent Northwest wines and beers.
