Celebrate Gay Pride Month at SAM with dance music, performances, tours, film screenings and more. 6–10 pm DJ sets by Colby b and crew with our fabulous host Ade in the South Hall. 6:30–7 pm My Favorite Things tour with Team Gina in the SAM galleries. 7–7:15 pm Performance by the Can Can Castaways in the South Hall. 7:15–8 pm Film Program: Music Videos and Shorts with Three Dollar Bill Cinema in the Nordstrom Lecture Hall. 7:30–8 pm My Favorite Things tour with Lawrence Kreisman in the SAM galleries. 8 pm Performance by burlesque superstars Lucky Penny and Nessa Lashes in the South Hall. 8:15–9 pm Film Program: Music Videos and Shorts with Three Dollar Bill Cinema in the Nordstrom Lecture Hall. 9 pm Performance by Team Gina in the South Hall. 9:30 pm ArtStar fashion show by Andrew Jay in the South Hall. SAM brings turntable artists to the stage for a wide variety of musical sounds. Geared toward adults age 25–40, SAM’s happy hour atmosphere and unique artistic setting help visitors end the week with lots of down-tempo beats, fresh new mixes and friendly, art-loving faces. SAM is proud to have Three Dollar Bill Cinema, the Museum of History & Industry (MOHAI), Lifelong AIDS Alliance and Y.E.S. (Young Executives for Success) as our June SAM Remix cohosts.
