Coyote Central engages 1,200 young adolescents every year in hands-on workshops with professional artists and artisans. In wood shops and metal shops, performance studios, professional kitchens, and studios for glass, fashion, photography and more, Coyote kids are mentored in apprenticeship settings to learn sophisticated skills and creative problem-solving.Taking their art into the community through commissions from local businesses and organizations like SAM builds confidence and expands their sense of personal possibility.
The exhibit features the work of 30 Coyote Fashion Illustration students. Hundreds of sketches built the foundation for their finished work. Led by Britt Rynearson; local fashion designer and instructor at Coyote Central, students explored new creative territory and are proud to share their designs with the community.
