With warmth, humor, and a dazzling eye, Italian writer-director Federico Fellini (1920-1993) presents our human dreams, desires, disappointments, and shortcomings as cinematic poetry, a heartfelt parade of life, dancing to a jaunty Nino Rota tune. Fellini’s muses, acting icons Giulietta Masina and Marcello Mastroianni, are richly represented in the series, which is in Italian with English subtitles.
Series authorized by Cinecitta, Rome, and co-presented with Festa Italiana.
