Join local artist Barbara Earl Thomas for a discussion of her ongoing installation, The Geography of Innocence. Barbara will be joined by two of her subjects and collaborators, Leilani Lewis and Nate Moxley, in an informal conversation about her childhood, race, the darkness and light of lived experiences, and her artistic process.
Following the discussion, visitors with general admission tickets to the museum will be invited to join Barbara in the installation for a firsthand look at this remarkable artist's mesmerizing work.
