Mixed Media Portraits
This Saturday morning worksop will begin with an interactive and family friendly gallery and sketching tour that explores a variety of portraits in SAM’s American art collection.
In the art studio, families will create a framed masterpiece inspired by their gallery art adventure. A thoughtfully curated array of art materials and guidance from a teaching artist will help families harness their creativity and imagination!
Young Artists Workshops are designed for specific age groups to provide an experience tailored to the needs of families with children ages 6–12.
Tickets are $35 for one adult and up to two kids, while SAM members are $20. Tickets for all additional participants—including SAM members—are $10 each.
