DESCRIPTION:Step into a calming\, restorative atmosphere where sound becomes a guide ba
 ck to balance. Our Sound Healing Evenings feature a rotating lineup of tale
 nted artists who weave together soothing tones\, meditative rhythms\, and i
 mmersive vibrations designed to relax the body and quiet the mind.\nBring y
 our yoga mat\, settle in\, and allow waves of sound to wash over you. Wheth
 er you’re seeking deep relaxation\, stress relief\, or a peaceful reset\, t
 hese sessions offer a nourishing space to unwind and reconnect. \nTo preser
 ve a peaceful\, uninterrupted experience\, we kindly ask that all guests—in
 cluding children—remain silent for the full one-hour Sound Healing performa
 nce. This helps protect the atmosphere for both the audience and the perfor
 mer. If anyone is unable to maintain the quiet environment\, we may ask the
 m to step out briefly until they’re ready to silently rejoin.\nArrive start
 ing at 6 pm to settle in and stick around for snacks and non-alcoholic drin
 ks\, available for purchase from Shooby Doo Catering\, in the PACCAR Pavili
 on. \nAll SAM Body + Mind: Sound Healing Evenings are free with RSVP. We wi
 ll consider admission for non-ticket holders on a first-come\, first-served
  basis\, depending on capacity\, starting at 6:30 pm.\n6:30–7:30 pm | Sound
  Healing performance by UMI As a singer\, songwriter\, and sonic healer who
 se genre-defying sound blends R&amp\;B\, neo-soul and folk\, UMI is a risin
 g musical force. Born and raised in Seattle to a multicultural and musicall
 y inclined family\, UMI found her voice early\, and initially started shari
 ng acoustic songs and covers on SoundCloud during high school. Her deeply i
 ntrospective lyrics and calming presence have built her a loyal following.
