Make art and new friends at SAM Camp! Join us at the Seattle Asian Art Museum for a fun-filled week led by local arts educators and inspired by work on view at SAM. At SAM Camp, each week is a new adventure.

This week, travel across the globe and explore cultures near and far! Create a mixed media map, weave a story in cloth, and construct a tale in clay. Check out our FAQ for more information on our COVID-19 policies and information about cancellations and refunds.


  • Drop Off: 8:30–9:30 am
  • Pick Up: 3–3:30 pm
  • Afternoon Extended Care available: 3–5:30 pm
  • This camp is designed to provide an experience tailored to the needs of children entering grades 1–3 in Fall 2022.
  • All in–person camps will follow Washington State Department of Health and Center for Disease Control protocols. Camp COVID policies and procedures may change based on updated local, state, and federal guidance and health recommendations.


    SAM believes in increasing accessibility to the arts for all and we offer a limited amount of scholarships each week. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis with first come, first served. Scholarships are need based and will be available until all spots are filled. Ticket Information
Members: $415 per child
Non-Member: $435 per child
Afternoon extended care: $50 per child

SAM reserves the right to cancel programs or sessions based on insufficient enrollment and government mandates. In these events, a full refund for the specific camp will be issued.

If you need to cancel your registration, you may do so before June 1, 2022 for all scheduled weeks of SAM Camp and receive a full refund. After June 12th there is a $100 cancellation fee and no refunds will be given after June 30, 2022. Please email if you need to cancel.
