French-born guitarist and composer Jean Chaumont is recognized for his expressive and socially conscious jazz. Now based in the US, he released The Beauty of Differences featuring Tierney Sutton and Rudy Royston, and has performed with acclaimed artists at major festivals and venues across Europe and North America.
SAM Creates: Image Transfers with Casey Ailes
Join local artist Casey Ailes as she walks us through her image transfer process using a few of her favorite images from pop cultural artists found inside the museum's collection. Each person will have an opportunity to create their own piece of art to take home with them and learn about how to create an image transfer.
