Vibrant hues enliven our city in Polarity at SAM Gallery in November. See new work by local artists Juliana Kang Robinson, Emily Somoskey, and Kalina Wińska. Kang Robinson creates bright, bold designs in public art projects and mixed media artworks. Somoskey creates works with paint and collaged photographic imagery that explore the blurred boundaries between representation and abstraction. Wińskaâs art, full of bright colors and pulsating shapes, considers our changing interactions with the environment and the areas where virtual and natural worlds meet.
While at SAM Gallery, visit SAM Shop for a Meet the Maker event with local artists Marita Dingus and Ginny Ruffner from 2â4 pm.
