Then, celebrate our stateās outstanding art educators and advocates at the Washington Art Education Association (WAEA) Annual Awards Ceremony. These exceptional educators have advanced visual art, media art, and design education in their schools, districts, and communities across Washington.
The awards ceremony will take place at 6:30 pm.
Support for K-12 programs during the 2025-2026 school year is provided by the Foster Foundation. Partial, sustained support for SAMās K-12 programs is provided by an endowment established in 1999 by a National Endowment for the Humanities challenge grant and the generous contributions of matching donors, including the Ann P. Wyckoff Education Endowment. The William Randolph Hearst Endowed Fund for Education Programs at the Seattle Art Museum has supported SAM Kā12 programs since 1994.
